Adv. Rozent has vast experience in handling all aspects of antirust and competition law. Ranging from all administrative and civil aspects of Antitrust and competition, to criminal proceedings.
Mr. Rozent advises Israeli and multinational companies in all areas of Antitrust and competition including in relation to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, monopolies, oligopolies, cartels and restrictive arrangements and trade practices and more. In addition, Adv. Rozent specializes in advising and representing clients with regards to other issues that are concerned with competition.
Mr. Rozent represents the firm's clients before the Restrictive Trade Practices Commissioner (RTP Commissioner), the RTP tribunal and before the Israeli courts in all procedures involving antitrust and competition matters (civil, administrative and criminal) as well as other fields of law.
Mr. Rozent represents the firm's clients in regulatory and legislative proceedings, including in front of "Knesset" committees and relevant government offices.
Mr. Rozent began his journey in the Antitrust field at the RTP Authority where he served as Head of the Telecommunications, Hi-Tech and Low-Tech legal Team of the RTP Authority and represented the RTP commissioner in the RTP tribunal and in the courts. After that Mr. Rozent was the head of the Antitrust department and partner in the litigation department at Herzog & Fox, Ne'eman for 8 years.
Mr. Rozent regularly writes and gives lectures about Antitrust and was invited by the RTP commissioner to participate as an NGA at the sixth convention of the International Competition Network (ICN).
