Adv. Raz Agranat is a member of the Antitrust and Competition department of the firm.
Adv. Agranat advices to Israeli and foreign corporations in subjects of mergers and acquisitions, dominant position, monopolies, restrictive agreements and tender agreements.
Adv. Agranat has joined the firm after completing his term as an intern at Agmon & Co. Rosenberg Hacohen & Co., where he specialized in the areas of Energy Law and Antitrust. More specifically, Adv. Agranat dealt with the business and regulatory aspects concerning the exploration and production of natural gas, and participated in the representation of private clients and corporations in criminal and civil cases that involve questions of antitrust and other white-collar criminal proceedings.
In the course of his studies, Adv. Agranat served as a teaching assistant for Prof. Margit Cohen and Dr. Adam Hofri-Winogradow in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and spent a semester studying at Georgetown University Law Center, Washington D.C.
